Thought you might find the following emails interesting. I cannot recall receiving better service. The background is that the beige colored "Big Hug Mug" has special significance to our daughter who is now at SFU attending university. Her original mug was broken and Karen went on the Internet. She found one store who carried the correct mug but they would not consider doing an order for us . She then found Cranberry Corners in Ottawa ...who agreed to ship the mug to Burnaby. The mug arrived on time and in one piece-and all this for a $20 order! A great example of someone delivering above and beyond expectations.
