Evening Delivery: Weekdays: 6pm-9pm $12.00.
Saturday Delivery: 10am to 6pm $10.00.
Sunday Delivery: 10am to 6pm $12.00.
Delivery Times: 10am to 2pm & 2pm to 6pm & 6pm to 9pm. Rush delivery is available. Please call for rates.
Hand Delivery Weekdays: 9am to 5pm $15.00 - $25.00 with 1 weekday advance notice required. Weekend Delivery to some rural locations is available at higher rates. Please call for further information.
Fed Ex Delivery Weekdays: 9am to 5pm $12.00 - $20.00 with 1 weekday advance notice required.
We do not create gift baskets on Sundays but we do arrange for Sunday delivery in Ottawa.
We ask that you double check your delivery address including postal or zip codes. Please provide us with a telephone number for your self and your recipient. There is a redelivery charge for gifts sent to incorrect addresses. Please check your information carefully.

You may order your gift basket online 365 days a year. We deliver anywhere!
For cross Canada & USA deliveries, we use Fed Ex Ground shipping. Fed Ex Ground Delivery has proven to be a reliable system at reasonable rates. Fed Ex Ground Delivery does not guarantee a delivery date.
Delivery to hospitals may be problematic. We call hospitals in advance for patient confirmation but your recipient may be discharged quickly.
Hospital staff have no control over this. It is a decision made by Doctors when they are conducting their daily visits.
Confirmation of a patient may change within an hour!
For example, if we call to confirm at 9am, and the hospital staff advise us that your recipient is still registered we will send out your gift for delivery.
At 11am, if the doctor discharges your recipient and they leave the hospital before the courier arrives, your gift will be returned to us. Hospital staff will not redirect gift baskets to homes. They will not give out personal address information for discharged patients.
If your recipient is discharged, there will be an additional delivery charge for a second delivery to their residence.
For New Baby Gift Baskets we strongly recommend you have your gift basket delivered to your recipient's residence once they are discharged.
Most new parents are overwhelmed and, with such short hospital stays, your gift basket may not arrive before the new mother is discharged.
Oftentimes hospitals have a central receiving department where packages are delivered prior to delivery to the patient. This may cause further time delays.
During peak holiday seasons (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas) please order early.
Due to higher than normal volumes, it may take several days for your gift to be created and delivered.
Oftentimes your recipient may be away. If this happens we will deliver your gift as soon as we are able to contact your recipient and confirm a delivery time.
Due to extremely high volumes, the Christmas Season is an especially hectic time for orders and deliveries.
To ensure your gift basket is delivered before Santa arrives, we strongly recommend you place your order(s) in November and early December. Orders placed through our website 10 days prior to Christmas or less will not be guaranteed delivery on the day requested due to volume and weather conditions at this time of year. Please call for delivery confirmation.
It is heart breaking for our staff to have to refuse acceptance of an order at the last minute. Sadly this happens every year.
